Behind the Science of Brewing

Dive into the Science of Brewing to explore hops, barley, malt and more! Sign up for a brewer led tasting profile to learn about different aroma and flavor standards used in the brewing process and discover the brews that best match your taste! Then join us in the Hall of Brewers to mix and match tastings from Licking County breweries. Each ticket includes a timed brewers tasting profile, (8) 4oz pours, and full access to the museum and exhibits. 

The museum and Hall of Brewers will be open from 5 – 8PM, with brewer led experiences scheduled throughout the evening. Registration includes (1) brewer led tasting experience along with (6) tickets for 4oz pours. Please select the time for your tasting experience during your registration. Each time slot is limited to 20 participants.

Safety First: Designated drivers receive free non-alcoholic beverages during the event
